After many months of planning and development their redesigned website now incorporates many changes, which improve and streamline King Wholesale’s customer experience.
Customer feedback was invaluable
and the features requested are now available. Their redesigned website’s homepage welcomes customers with a clean, simple, bold design, easy-to-use navigation, and new product categories. These new categories will help King Wholesale’s customers determine what products are right for them, and their customers. The express order button at the top of each category allows you to order multiple items easily, featuring + & – buttons for use with iPads etc.
Their redesigned website also features a number of new account enhancements, allowing customers to save a cart for later use, and the ability to use PO (purchase order). Customers can also create quotes and pre-orders, additional addresses with contacts. Ability to now save a Card for later use with the latest security practices.
In addition, King Wholesale’s customers now have access to product reviews, our digital catalog, valuable FAQs for each product, and more.
