Return Policy

  • RETURNS:
    You must return all merchandise unused within 30 days of receipt.
    All items must be in original packaging including instruction book, warranty cards etc.
    Please completely fill out the return information section on the back of your invoice in order to insure that your return can be processed correctly.

    • A 15% or $5.00 re-stocking fee ( whichever is greater) will be applied.
      all Shipping is non-refundable (unless due to damage)
    • For your assurance that returned merchandise is received at King Wholesale safely, we suggest you send returns via U.S. postal service, UPS, or Fed Ex with insured delivery. All return shipping charges are paid by the customer.
    • Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item on our site or in our catalog that you would prefer over one you have received, place a separate order for the new item and return the unwanted item for a refund.
    • *Most non-defective items cannot be returned if the factory seal is broken, it has been chewed on, worn or otherwise used..
    • Should you need further instructions on a return, notify our customer service center within 10 days
  • DROPSHIPS AND SPECIAL ORDERS:
  • All costs and merchandise are non-refundable unless product is damaged or lost.
  • Electric clippers, blades, dryers, tables and cages are guaranteed by the manufacturer.
  • Video tapes and books are non-returnable.
