    Actual shipping charge will be calculated for orders under $300.00 applies to all standard ground shipments to any destination within the contiguous United States.  Shipping still applies on wire cages and cat trees regardless of order size.
  • King Wholesale pays shipping on all orders over $300.00. This applies to all standard ground shipments to any destination within the United States excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, which will be quoted using the most economical prior to shipping. Submit the order as a quote with notes at checkout page. We will pull and pre-pack to give an accurate quote. We notify usually in 1 business day by responding with an update to your order confirmation email.
  • Express shipping methods available for an additional charge
  • SHIPPING  ALWAYS APPLIES ON:
    Plastic & wire cages, fabric crates, pet carriers, ex-pens, grooming tables, equipment, tubs, dryers, Oster & Double K clippers, pet doors and items that list a shipping weight, marked FOB, and Oversize.
  • If certain items are exempt from shipping charges, no shipping charges will be reflected upon checkout.
  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
  • King Wholesale can ship internationally.  You will need to be a registered customer of King Wholesale pet supplies.
  •  There are a few more requirements to ship to destinations outside the U.S.
  • King Wholesale has a $350.00 merchandise minimum. King Wholesale does not pay freight on international orders. The shipping charge is calculated by weight and destination and ships USPS (United states postal service). Submit the order as a quote with notes at checkout page. We will pull and pre-pack to give accurate quote. We notify usually in 1 business day by responding with an update to your order confirmation email.

  • Damages or Shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • For problems with your order please use the Contact form for customer service with invoice number as subject and items that are incorrect or damaged. For any product damages please SAVE the container with merchandise and include pictures of the box and merchandise in your email. The order damages will be reviewed, and you will be contacted with a resolution within 2 business days.
  • While every effort is made to prevent typographical errors, we are not responsible for errors and/or omissions. which may appear on this web site or within email correspondence. We reserve the right to correct, adjust, alter, update or remove any matter on this web site without notice.   • RETURNS:
    You must return all merchandise unused within 30 days of receipt.
    All items must be in original packaging including instruction book, warranty cards etc.
    Seasonal & nutritional items are non-returnable.
    • A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied.
      all Shipping is non-refundable (unless due to damage)
    • For your assurance that returned merchandise is received at King Wholesale safely, we suggest you send returns via U.S. postal service, UPS, or Fed Ex with insured delivery. All return shipping charges are paid by the customer.
    • Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item on our site or in our catalog that you would prefer over one you have received, place a separate order for the new item and return the unwanted item for a refund.
    • *Most non-defective items cannot be returned if the factory seal is broken, it has been chewed on, worn or otherwise used..
    • Should you need further instructions on a return, notify our customer service center within 10 days
  • DROP SHIPS AND SPECIAL ORDERS:
  • All costs and merchandise are non-refundable unless product is damaged or lost.
  • Electric clippers, blades, dryers, tables and cages are guaranteed by the manufacturer.
  • Video and books are non-returnable.

* These items are generally considered used goods and cannot be resold as new.
